The dash cam automatically start recording when car is started.
You can insert the card into the dash cam and format the SD card on the dash cam. Class 10, U3 Speed Micro-SD Card for 4K Video is required.We recommend SAMSUNG Class 10, U3 Speed Micro-SD Card.
Our machines have a loop recording function, you do not need to be removed manually. But we recommend that you save important videos on your computer or mobile phone to avoid disappearing after formatting.
Format Micro SD card by going into system setting > formats > OK > Select Yes > OK. (Make sure to back up your videos before formatting if you need them) Then Go to Video Mode settings > Split Record Mode > Choose either 1-min, 3-min, 5-min. This will allow loop cycle function to be turned ON and it will keep recording over and over. See user manual for more details.
Because this device is connected to the mobile phone through the recorder’s WiFi, if your mobile phone is more than 10ft away from the recorder, the signal will be weakened until it is disconnected. If the recorder is disconnected from the power supply, the link will also be interrupted. The main function of this APP is to watch real-time recording and playback.

It is first pasted on the windshield of the car, and then the bracket of the dash cam is pasted on the electrostatic sticker. Prevent the bracket from being directly attached to the glass and it is not easy to clean. Here is how to use it: 1. Wipe the place where you want to paste (front windshield) with a semi-dry cloth. It is recommended to use a glasses cloth because there will be no floating dust. 2. Apply a little detergent and water dilution on the glass to be attached. Then peel off the electrostatic sticker from the cellophane, transfer it to the place you want to stick it. 3. Find a card and slowly push it from top to bottom to push out the water inside. 4. Use a absorbent paper towel to suck it off the side so that there are no bubbles in it. In addition, the electrostatic stickers can be reused.
The package includes electrostatic stickers. The electrostatic sticker can be attached to the front windshield first, then attach the GPS bracket to the electrostatic sticker, so that you can remove it very easily without worrying about the sticking part.
Scan the QR code on the dash cam to download or search and download on the Apple store or Google store.
Download steps: Open the APP, click to connect the driving recorder, click the photo button, and then download the video. After downloading, you can watch the video in your local album. Because the main function of F7N's WiFi is to play back video, it does not have the function of surfing the Internet, which means that after the WiFi is connected, it will show that there is no network. But the APP can be used normally.

The dedicated hardwire kit is needed for redtiger dash cam, other hardwire kits are not applicable. You can contact us to get the F7N dedicated hardwire kit(ASIN:B092Z6GN96).
If you can ensure that the external power supply is 2.5 amps, you can use the power bank. But the power bank cannot support the dash cam to work all the time, and it needs at least 2000MA of electricity per hour. What's more, if power bank works in high temperature for long time,it is prone to fire. Therefore, we do not recommend using a power bank to provide power to the dash cam for a long time.
1. In the basement or in the alley between tall buildings, the GPS signal is weak. It is recommended that you try it in a spacious place. 2. If you are in a spacious place, you can observe whether the GPS logo on the machine screen is green and whether GPSinfo is displayed. Please change your G-Sensor Setting to lower setting. This setting depends on type of car or truck you are driving and how much vibration your car/truck is creating based on suspensions and road condition.
Make sure you have use the dedicated GPS Player. You are viewing high-bit rate version of video files. Slower PC may have problem with faster data processing. Please record videos at lower resolution and try again. Contact us if problem still persists.
